What year did you start CrossFitting?

2012

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I got into fitness to become a better athlete while in high school. When I got bored of the same old gym routine I turned to CrossFit and haven’t looked back.

Why did you become a trainer?

I wanted to help be a part of the change that people made in their lives.  By guiding them through thier health and fitness journey, I can see the change in their lives.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Toes to bar

What is your favorite cheat food?

Mint chocolate chip ice cream.

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Batman. He’s a normal man that does super things.
