What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I’ve always loved being active. I was a competitive cheerleader in high school and college. Then started running after college. I was getting bored with running and then I found Crossfit. It was love at first WOD. I love seeing the progress and seeing how strong I have become!
Why did you become a trainer?
Once I started crossfit, I found myself constantly preaching the awesomeness of crossfit. I turned that love right into coaching! I love seeing our clients improve and succeed their goals!
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Handstand push-ups and Overhead squats
What is your favorite cheat food?
Cookies, candy, brownies…. anything sweet!
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
The Black Widow!!! She holds her own with all the other avengers and totally kicks butt!!
