Our ID program combines personal training with nutrition accountability and tracking to give you flexibility AND results.
MEASURE YOUR STARTING POINT
Start with a full body scan on our InBody 270 Body Composition Scanner (the only one in town).
Then talk about what you LIKE doing with a 13 Stripes trainer. Your preferences are critical to your success!
Our coaches will build a custom program and give you access to our tracking app.
Do your primary workouts 1:1 with a coach, and your homework in our gym.
Your workouts will be different all the time. NEVER GET BORED!
