Burner-X is a program designed for those that want to improve their overall fitness level, but without the heavy weights. This program uses kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, ropes, tires, sleds, rings, and more to increase the intensity of the workout. All Burner-X workouts are scalable to the fitness level of the individual person.

Class Overview:

A typical Burner-X class begins with core exercises, running, rowing, or other movements designed to warm-up your body. The class also includes a high intensity workout that varies in movements used and length each day. From start to finish, the class will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Class members will see an amazing increase in their overall fitness level and an increased ability to lose fat when combined with proper nutrition.


Burner-X classes are included as part of the regular CrossFit membership.
