Our program begins with a 30 minute nutrition consultation that will focus on discussing current and past eating habits, medical conditions, fitness level and goals, lifestyle, and what you would like to focus on. After this consultation, an individualized plan will be developed that will require check-ins and other ways to monitor your progress.
