Various specialty classes will be offered on a rotating basis throughout the year.  These will include olympic lifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, strongman, and endurance classes and clinics that will be open to a limited number of participants.  The programming will complement the regular classes in order to allow you to attend both.

Class Overview:

The classes begin with instruction and work in the focus areas and will end with a WOD. Each class will be 1 hour long.


During these classes, you will spend 6-8 weeks focused on learning more about a specific area of CrossFit and/or movement. This will allow you to improve your skill level in the focus area.
