These classes run on an 6-8 week cycle on Saturday mornings at 10AM. They will be focused on areas such as gymnastics, olympic lifting, endurance, and strength. The programming will complement the regular classes in order to allow you to attend both.

Class Overview:

The classes begin with instruction and work in the focus areas and will end with a WOD. Each class will be 1 hour long.


During these classes, you will spend 6-8 weeks focused on learning more about a specific area of CrossFit. This will allow you to improve your skill level in the focus area.


These are included as part of the regular CrossFit membership.
