If you are brand new to CrossFit to get started it is required that you attend our 16 Basics training sessions with one of our Coaches to get you up to speed and ready for CrossFit. These classes can be scheduled individually for those needing more direct attention, or you can attend our group classes at your convenience.
For experienced CrossFitters you must demonstrate an adequate understanding of the 9 foundational movements in CrossFit to bypass the Basics courses.
