Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I wasn’t content with just going to the gym and felt like I was hitting a plateau. I wanted something more intense and CrossFit was the perfect solution.

Why did you become a trainer?

I had been a part of the gym for years and wanted to get more involved. I want to help people reach their goals because it is amazing to see people succeed and improve.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Split jerk

What is your favorite cheat food?

Ice cream. Any kind will do

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Batman. He is a normal human but is as super as any other superhero.
