What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I have always been into fitness since I played football, basketball and ran track in high school. Then went to just doing normal bodybuilding after that to stay active because I needed to for the military. For a few years I did endurance sports such as cycling and long distance running. Then I found CrossFit and havent ever looked back. Its more challenging then anything I have done before.
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer because I wanted to share my love of CrossFit with others. I enjoy introducing people to CrossFit and helping them get better in the gym. I also know how intimidating it was for me to walk into the gym the first time and want to make all new people comfortable when they walk into 13 Stripes for the first time.
I’m actually going to say thrusters even though I know people think I’m crazy.
What is your favorite cheat food?
Pizza, Cheesecake and chocolate
