What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I was an athlete for the majority of my life until I was consumed with “life” and drifted away from fitness. Then one day I entered a transformation challenge and rededicated myself to building a better me, physically and mentally. Now, it allows me to challenge myself daily and make myself a better person.
Why did you become a trainer?
I want to impact lives and empower others to become healthier, physically and mentally. I became a coach/trainer to help others achieve things that may have never seemed possible and motivate people to always challenge themselves.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Muscle-Ups and Burpees.
What is your favorite cheat food?
Cheese steak Subs
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Definitely Spiderman… He has the best of all traits/abilities. The perfect combination of strength, speed, instincts, and tenacity.
