Getting Started

Step #1 – Attend a No Sweat Intro

During your 1-on-1 introduction, we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, how we train and discuss any goals you have.  You’ll get a chance to meet a coach, see our gym, and view a class (if you would like).  This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about CrossFit.

Step #2 – Select a Membership

Once you’re ready, talk to us about our membership options, and we’ll get you setup.

Foundations sessions are MANDATORY for anyone who does not have CrossFit experience and would like to join our group classes.  We do offer the ability to test out of the Foundations sessions.  Please contact us with questions and to schedule a test out session.
