CrossFit has just released their new scaling options for women during pregnancy.  We have all seen women criticized for lifting weights or doing more than some people think they should throughout their pregnancy. At 13 Stripes CrossFit, we encourage all of our athletes to listen to their individual bodies and doctors throughout their pregnancy.  Although there are many more scaling options available, these are a great place to start for any pregnant CrossFit athlete.
