As we enter 2018, what are the goals you would like to achieve?  Do you want to lose 20 lbs, add 25 lbs to your deadlift, make it to the gym 3 times a week, or do you have something else completely that you would like to accomplish?

Setting goals is an important part of getting better, but we often set goals without any real plan to reach them.  In 2018, we want to help you not only reach your goals, but exceed them by providing the support and motivation to keep you on track.  As you set your goals, remember:

  1. Keep it attainable.
  2. Write your goal down and share it with people.
  3. Make it measureable.
  4. Celebrate the process.
  5. Find people who will help keep you on track.
