What year did you start CrossFitting? 

2012

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I have always been into fitness.  I was a college athlete and I love to run.

Why did you become a trainer?

 
Since I am a teacher and a coach I enjoy teaching people the proper way of doing things so that they can improve themselves.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

I have several movements that I would consider my favorite. Those movements are Snatch, Slamball, burpees and wall balls.

 

What is your favorite cheat food?

I love good Italian bread dip in anything.  I also do like chocolate mixed with peanut butter and I do like to enjoy an alcoholic beverage.

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

I do not really have a favorite superhero.
