We have many plans that will fit with everyones life style.
Our entire staff teaches both CrossFit and Bootcamp classes and the trainers are equally excited about both, resulting in a super fun mix of classes available to our members. While many of our Bootcampers switch to CrossFit, and visa versa, most of the Bootcampers tell us that they would never do CrossFit, and if that was the only thing we offered when they started, they wouldn’t have joined. We hear the same from CrossFitters.
The 13 Stripes Bootcamp programming will always be fresh and FUN new equipment that most normal CrossFit gyms would have

13 Stripesrecognizes that living a healthy lifestyle encompasses much more than just fitness. Nutrition is another major component that affects performance, strength gains, weight loss, energy levels and more.
Our Nutrition Coach will work one-on-one with you to create a program suited specifically for your needs, lifestyle and health goals..
CrossFit is a training methodology based on functional movements, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing. It is scalable for everyone, from beginners to high-level athletes. 13 Stripes’s program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.

Saturday: 9am – 11am
Sunday: 9am – 10am
