I only recently got my level one cert but I had been coaching since I was about 19. I understood the process of going through hardship for a great end result and one way I could give back that understanding was tough being a trainer
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
The clean or even snatches (just got back into those after 4 years).
What is your favorite cheat food?
Truth be told I love ice cream. Even during the winter.
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Umm…..aqua man? Because he talks to fish? I’m not huge into super heros but hey I like fish.
