What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I have always been into fitness since I played football, basketball and ran track in high school. Then went to just doing normal bodybuilding after that to stay active because I needed to for the military. For a few years I did endurance sports such as cycling and long distance running. Then I found CrossFit and havent ever looked back. Its more challenging then anything I have done before.
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer because its the easiest way to positively affect someones life when it comes to being healthy and being able to show them how much i enjoy doing CrossFit. So hopefully it transfers to them and they become as fit as possible.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
I have 3 favorite movements, one is handstand push-ups, two is deadlifts and three is clean and jerk.
What is your favorite cheat food?
By far my favorite food is pizza!
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
The Hulk! because who doesn’t want to be big, green and the strongest thing on the planet?
