What year did you start CrossFitting?


Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

Was hooked after the first workout almost getting sick and realized the benefit of CrossFit in my professional life as a police officer.

Why did you become a trainer?

I have been coaching since I was 18 years old whether it was soccer, martial arts, or as a training officer for my police department. I love being able to push people to places they did not think they could go and expanding their belief in what they can accomplish both mentally and physically.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Love cleaning but as i have become more proficient with them in workouts I love muscle ups as well

What is your favorite cheat food?

Pizza…and garlic knots…and more pizza

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Captain America…Nothing more needs to be said about it haha.
