What year did you start CrossFitting?

The summer of 2015

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I’ve always been active my whole life and missed the competive side of sports growing up, so
CrossFit gave me a chance to be competive again and I love anything fitness related. I thought CrossFit would be the best choice since it involved so many different aspects of functional fitness and everyday/workout is different. I love that it combines olympic lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning all in one sport!

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer because my biggest passion is CrossFit. I wanted to learn everything there is to know about the sport and share my passion of CrossFit with others. I love the community of CrossFit and wanted to help others improve their fitness as I did through CrossFit.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

My favorite CrossFit movement is handstand push ups! I feel very strong and empowered to be able to do a push up upside down!

What is your favorite cheat food?

My favorite cheat food would be a big juicy cheeseburger!

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

My favorite is Krypto the superhero dog! I love dogs so much haha so he’s definitely my
favorite!
