What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I’m a health a pe teacher and was a college athlete. I also played a variety of sports going up. It’s just a part of my lifestyle and how I was brought up.
Why did you become a trainer?
I love teaching and helping others better themselves. I wanted to learn more about CrossFit and it’s methodology.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
I used to love lifting heavy, but now that my fitness goals have changed I’m more into body weight exercises. I’ll always love squats, learning new gymnastics movements, wallballs, and burpees.
What is your favorite cheat food?
I don’t really have a cheat meal because I count my macros. But maybe pizza, french fries, and I enjoy a glass of wine on occasion.
