What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
Fitness was a big part of my life early on and continued throughout high school. I played field hockey and was a member of the swim team. After high school, I got out of fitness but was reintroduced to it in 2015 when my sister introduced me to CrossFit.
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer is to help and see people accomplish their goals. It is very rewarding for me to see members come in for the first time feeling scared and a few months later seeing them feeling confident and having accomplished so much. It makes me feel super happy to see this transformation and what to continue to help them achieve more goals.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Most definitely toes to bar and overhead squats
What is your favorite cheat food?
EVERYTHING SWEET….all the baked goods!
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
I dont have a favorite super hero but a power I would most definitely would wanna have is flying, because it would make everything better!!
