The pyramid says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do. Our programs are open to everyone, you do NOT need to be a member of our gym to take full advantage of our Nutrition services.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before. But we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better.

Our Nutrition Program here at 13 Stripes CrossFit is truly one of a kind. It is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.” Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to look and feel great! The internet is filled with fad diet plans, and there are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat. How does 13 Stripes Nutrition work?

Our nutrition program is a two-phase approach.

During Phase I we will determine a baseline, set you up with a customized plan, and test biometrics. Clients will then graduate onto Phase II (Ongoing Coaching) where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results. Each of the package options below varies in the amount of Accountability you feel you’ll need to be successful.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get more energy, or gain muscle, our nutrition program provides coaching to help you meet your specific goal. We offer customized plans, tailored specifically to your needs. We don’t guess. We offer scientific body composition tracking in order to follow your success.

Changing your eating habits is a lifestyle change, therefore, we offer up to weekly accountability sessions to keep you on track.
