SPECIALTY CLASSES

Description:

Tired of trying to get that first muscle up on your own? Frustrated with your olympic lifts?  Check out our current schedule for the list of specialty offerings.  Classes in Olympic Lifting, Endurance, and Gymnastics classes will be offered on a weekly basis.  The programming will complement the regular classes in order to allow you to attend both.

Class Overview:

Depending on which class you are attending, there will be in-depth instruction.  The Gymnastics and Endurance classes will both end with a workout, while the olympic lifting class will focus completely on lifting. Each class will be 1 hour long.
