What is SPIN?
Are you ready for a high-intensity, fun filled ride? We have several different options for our 30-60 minute classes. With classes like Spin, Spin & SWEAT, Spin & Core, and Sprint, you will get a high intensity workout that will leave you burning calories for hours! These classes are designed with everyone in mind!
SPIN – 45 minutes
This 45 minute spin class will be full of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding to improve cardio health and keep your body burning calories the rest of the day!
SPIN & SWEAT – 1 hour
This fusion class includes 30 minutes of high-intensity spin combined with 30 minutes of a full body, calorie-burning workout without the barbell. This fun, fast-paced workout is guaranteed to make you SWEAT!
SPIN & Core – 45 minutes
This fusion class includes 30 minutes of high-intensity spin with the latest music, combined with 15 minutes of core strengthening and toning exercises.
SPRINT – 30 minutes
This 30 minute sprint to the finish will keep your heart rate up and your body moving. With bursts of high-intensity work, you will SPRINT your way to better fitness!
