Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness?
No you do not. CrossFit is for anyone! We start everyone in our Foundations classes or personal training sessions to ensure that you are taught the movements in a one on one environment. All of our workouts are scaled to your ability and fitness level.
Is it worth it?
At every class, you will get personal instruction from our coaches, who are all certified and trained in multiple areas of CrossFit. Coaches watch at all times to make sure you are doing the movements properly and safely. CrossFit workouts change every day so you will never get bored and continue to make progress in whatever your fitness goals are.
Who has benefitted from CrossFit?
Everyone can benefit from CrossFit. We have members in high school who are training for sports up to senior citizen members who are training for life. CrossFit provides everyone with a way to live a better life outside of the gym.
Do I need to be in shape before I show up?
No you do not. Our coaches will work with you to make the workout fit with your ability and fitness level. We love seeing our new members progress and learn with us.
What type of results can I expect?
The results will be dependent upon your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, with proper nutritional guidance (we can help with this also) and regular attendance, weight loss is a huge benefit. If your goal is to be more fit, the widely varied movements in CrossFit will help with that.
What if I don't have time for this?
We will have you in and out of the gym in just 1 hour. All of our classes include everything from the warmup to the workout. Committing one hour a day is all it takes. We also love having families come together!
What type of exercises do you do?
The list is too long to include it all. We do different movements in different combinations every day in order to keep it interesting and fun, while still getting in better shape.
