Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I got into to fitness to be healthier version of me.

Why did you become a trainer?

 
 I want to be a trainer is to help people get better, healthier and stronger. Also watch them achieve things they didn’t think possible.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

My favorite movements in Crossfit are the Olympic lifts and Chippers wods.

 

What is your favorite cheat food?

Favorite cheat food is pizza..

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

 Deadpool he is indescribable and he is who is and is hilarious..
