What year did you start CrossFitting? 

2017

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I wanted to get stronger and have better cardio for mma and kickboxing, now I just want to see how far I can push myself in CrossFit to get better in every aspect.

Why did you become a trainer?

 
To hopefully help people better themselves in not only CrossFit but in a healthier lifestyle.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

 Snatches

 

What is your favorite cheat food?

Anything involving reeses peanut butter cups.

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Superman because he can do it all.
